In this project, our qualified trainers led a vibrant series of multicultural dance classes, focusing primarily on Bachata and Hip-hop. These high school workshops were designed to boost students’ self-esteem, positively impacting their psychomotor development, mental health, and overall mood.

“Our focus on Bachata and Hip-hop allowed students to connect with diverse cultural rhythms while building physical confidence and emotional resilience.”

A key component of the curriculum was creating an atmosphere of joy and mutual respect, enabling the youth to process their emotions positively through movement.

By integrating artistic expression with physical coordination, the program at M544 provided students with an essential outlet for stress relief and healthy socialization.

By the end of the term, the dance sessions transformed the students’ routine, offering them a dynamic space to strengthen their self-worth and foster a harmonious coexistence with their peers.

“This program stands as a testament to the power of dance in enhancing both the mental well-being and the collective joy of our youth.”
